I,Abhijit Goswami, ordered an Imported Shoe rack(6 layer)with door from shoppperszone.co.in website on 24/01/2023 as Cash on Delivery @ Rs.999/- and got the item on 31/01/2024 by cash on delivery.But the item did not conform the specifications as shown and described in the website.It is 4 layers instead of 6 without door and low in quality.Therefore I want to return it and refund from them.
I have already mailed them two times for refund within 24 hours as their refund policy but can’t get any reply till now.Today I also deliver another mail, but no reply.
Therefore I request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.
