I have ordered a piece from xosmic neon instagram account seeing their posts that they have uploaded. While ordering I always mentioned that quality should me good and they agreed to it. However, the product that I have received has cracks and scratches and its completely unclean. Moreover, the neon light isn’t working properly as well. When I addressed this to them, they denied taking their responsibility. Now, Either I want complete refund along with compensation of harassment or a completely clean and good quality piece.
