We have two connection which are being used for internet through WiFi router and the same is not working fine. some times it is also getting disconnected . Since last 10 days we had observed that although our device like mobile and laptop are connected but not functioning due not slow or nil connection .
One out let is here at infinity building , salt lake, sector-V Kolkata-700091 but the agent there are not cooperating with us and they are turning down our request to visit our office to look into the matter. Our officer is stone throwing distance from air tel office office.
