I would like to bring to your attention that I am facing a lot of problem with regard to the network availability in my home. I frequently need to use the internet regarding my classes but I hardly get any network. It’s not 4G it’s hardly 2G.

I even called and complained numerous times but there hasn’t been any improvement .

You claim to provide the fastest 4G network but the truth is that your network is the slowest compared to others . I loved it at first but now I’m really disappointed by your services.
