I had ordered on 21-05-2023 the item Louis Philippe Men Maroon Pure Cotton Slim Fit Printed Formal Shirt (Size 40) through Myntra portal. My Order No. is 123656559039754278901.
The packet was delivered on 24-5-2023 at 8.55 pm however it did not have any shirt inside. Instead of shirt it contained a plastic bowl (photo attached). The picture of the package when delivered was taken and uploaded in the Myntra website also yesterday at 9.00 pm.
I have spoken with customer care and send messages to them a lot of times to Myntra but they have sent reply “query resolved”. I have not received my shirt or refund till now.
