I had used recharge service from flipkart. But instead of card payment they had redeemed my saved supercoins. I had achived the supercoins by waiting for a longer period. It was just Rs. 100 Recharge and for this Rs 100 i lost 500 Supercoins which was saved for my other personal needs. I told them that i can pay Rs 100 and to give me back my super coins. But they told it is not possible. As a customer who had availed service of flipkart for the past 5 years. I think i have some privileges. I need my supercoins back on my account or flipkart should pay that via some other means. This supercoins which i earned was a result of long term waiting and patience. It was lost with in seconds.
