On 15 sep 2022, I had sent parcel to my sister-in-law through swiggy genie at 1:08 pm… The delivery person came and picked up the parcel from my home.. Attached is the photo of the parcel which he had clicked and uploaded in the swiggy App at the time of pickup .. After reaching the destination, what happened over there I don’t know but he didn’t go to the house no. which was mentioned in the address and handed over to some random person who came to him. In the evening when I confirmed with my sister in law, she said that she have not received any parcel.. On the same day late at night, I raised the concern and contacted swiggy chat support.. As usual they told to wait.. The next morning customer support person gave a conference call with the delivery person and me… He admitted that he had not delivered the parcel to the house mentioned in the address and just handed over to some random person…also he lied that the house no was not mentioned in the address …however full address with the contact info of the recipient was provided and is visible in the app… I have been following up with the swiggy people since two days and have provide all the details to them..even told them to hear the recording of the call which I had with the deliver person in the morning… But they are just not doing anything… I just requested the delivery guy also to go there again n try to search for the person to whom he have delivered… But he also denied to do that saying that my job is complete now… I can’t do anything else… The parcel has some expensive clothes which I had sent to my sister in law…
Request you to please intervene in the matter and do the needful to get back my parcel…
