HELLO TEAM,
I HAD LOST MY INTERNET CONNECTION FROM LAST 32 HRS AND I HAD REGISTERED COMPALINT THE SAME TIME 11.28 PM 29TH APRIL COMPLAINT WERE REGISTERED. AND ESTIMATE TIME TO BE RESLOVED BY NEXT 24 HRS. I WAS WAITING FROM YESTERDAY AND SAME TIME ON NEXT DAY 30TH APRIL 2ND COMPLAINT NOTE DOWN TO SENIOR C.E.. THEY TOLD ME NEXT 4HRS YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE SOLVED AND PROMISE WILL NOT GET THIS ISSUE AGAIN.
I GOT ONE CALL FROM AIRTEL OFFICE AND MADAM TOLD ME I AM SENDING TECHINCIAN TO SLOVE YOUR PROBLEM AND WAS WAITING AND CALL ON THAT NUMBER BUT ITS NOT CONNECTED.
4.30 PM MY ESTIMATE TIME GETS OVER AND I CALLED AGAIN C.E FOR FACING PROBLEM AND ABOUT NOT TO SOLVED MY ISSUE. SHE TOLD ME FIVE ME ANOTHER 4 HRS YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVE SOON OUR TEAM IS WORKING ON THIS.
