sir,

i lost my mobile network signal suddenly and i went to airtel outlet in my area. they said the sim is corrupted and need to take new sim with the cost of 30 rupees. and sim will activate in 4 hours…

i have a doubt regarding this issue.. i lost my mobile network and i lost my 4hours of importent conference with my officials.. and also i lost 30 rupees for sim change. and the staff in that airtel outlet are not responding properly..

i want proper reason and response for above my issue.
