I have seen Gift Store website on Instagram, and I decided to order that , I have text them on WhatsApp number of 86198 01626 , They ask me an amount of 800 and ,I have too choose full payment so that I pay 720 , They have told that order will receive within 2-3 days , At the third day they send an text (the parcel will deliver within 2-3 hours) , But the parcel was not delivered till evening . I frequently ask about that they told me (Ma’am aapko courier process complete karna hoga courier process charge 1400 pay karne hoge Jo ki refunded charge hai 10 minut ke andar refund ho jaega courier process complete hone per ap ki ek SMS me ek link ayega us per 6 number ke pin hoge use open karna us me ap ke order ki full details hogi us ka screenshot hme send karna hai jese hm ap ke near post office me send karge jaha per ap ka parcal (hampers gift) pahuch gya hai courier process complete hone ke baad 2 hours me ap ko delivery 🚚 kar di jayegi

I send them 1400 they but the amount was not return.
And then they said that (You have to complete the payment verification in which you have to pay Rs 2500 which you will receive as Rs 3900 after 5 minutes).
I will send this too but the amount was not written . I ask frequently about that but the amount was not written
Further they ask
(Payment withdraw change, you will have to pay Rs 3200 only then you will receive Rs 7100 ma’am, just in 1 second).But I can’t trust the process
I ask them to cancel my order but they can’t do that , they told me to make the payment , After that they said( cancellation will occurs in 24 hours and amount will return in 7 days )
They cheated me
I have lost my amount of 4,620
