Text of Complaint by Aaditya Raj:

Airtel customer care are not sincere.I have 2 connections of Airtel digital TV in which monthly recharge is done.But due to some reason I asked customer care to stop my first connection and continue my second connection.For that they deducted my approx 100 rupees from my account.But the 1St connection was not stopped and i recarged the second connection which lasted upto 15-20 days only.from where i came to know that i have been cheated because i paid the monthly amount. Hope you take the action as fast as possible. My TV id is 3018659633.
