Text of Complaint by Sudha:

Courier Company made a technical error to collect of return items… Delivery agent also refused the pick up. To take this issue further, courier agent and company have falsely updated as customer not available for pick up or phone calls. It has been 10 days and no update from courier service..
I am at a loss for almost Rs 2500 .
