Text of Complaint by Milan Datta:

on 04.12.2022 , a YouTube ad was showcased on my feed , so following the details I clicked it and was redirected to a website which suspiciously didnt had any name or domain to it , but showcased “sale of luxary chair” so in that case we went for it and filled our credentials as mentioned and went on for the payment through net banking from “UNION BANK OF INDIA” . Soon after that the money was debited from the bank account noted as Rs1899/- then and there . There was no date for the delivery but we waited for almost 15 days and there was no proper website to it so couldnt do anything . I’m attatching the picture which was shown kindly look through it
