I am filing a complaint against Rummy Grand for the loss of 50k on their platform. On the night of February 12th, 2024, I engaged in gameplay on Rummy Grand, adhering to their terms and playing responsibly. However, during my session, I encountered severe technical glitches that disrupted the game’s integrity and fairness.
