my name is sukhdeep singh
i am amazon customer since 10 years
I am complaining that I have lost Rs 3332 due to Amazon order.
dt 27.08.2023 order no (171-6784375-8975559)
This order was of Rs 15999 and I got a special exchange offer of Rs 4200. I selected 18 EMIs from credit card worth Rs 11799 with non refundable processing fees of Rs 1032. This order was out of delivery from 4pm on 30/08/2023. I Called the number given above the order 9 times with secret PIN code But your delivery person had blocked our called number. I got a call from same number at 6:40 in the evening and I told that this is my office address which is closed at 6 o’clock Please give it in the morning or I will pick it up from your office tomorrow between 11 to 12 The delivery boy made a commitment with me that you will come for pickup parcel from our office . He also gave me proper address of amazon delivery office But the delivery person canceled my parcel the same day
Next day I went to Amazon office on 31st August 2023 at exactly 11:30 which was 1.5 kilometers away from my office.But he did not hear from him, I also called Amazon Care several times.
I am not getting my bank processing fee and festival special back. I have put all the proofs in my attachment.
