I was a old customer with hathway ..later on moving ahead due to unsatisfactory services from them i discontinued the connection..and due to the current WFH situations i had to re choose the same network on the basis of a person from the broadband who gave me assurance that i require a minimum of 30mbps on which my applications of my company runs but which didnot turn up to be promising…inspite of reaching them multiple times on this they did not resolve due to which i wasnt prompt and on point at my work ..been suffering with this from a month….and due to this i had to loose my job …
What ever it takes i want to raise this very badly…how can they cannot provide a good service even at this stages where the network is very important to get the jobs done from home
