I ordered ( TAGG Verve NEO Smartwatch || 1.69” Large Display with 10 Days Battery Life || Real SPO2, and Real-Time Heart Rate Tracking, IPX68 Waterproof|| Black, Standard ) on 09-Apr and I received the product on 11-Apr . As soon as I opened the package I noticed charger is missing . So I raised the replacement request. And I was promised that the replacement order will be delivered by 13-Apr 6Pm. . however I didn’t not get the order delivered and I called the cc to get my delivery details. An agent promised me that it’s a guaranted delivery so it will be delivered before 10pm on 13-Apr . I waited in my office till 10:15pm . And delivery guy called me and told that he will not be able to deliver the product today .it’s late and he is far from the location. And he said that the product will be delivered by 11am next day on 14-Apr . So I agreed .but from next day I don’t have any update till date about the delivery. Each and every time I call the amazon cc . They say it will be delivered today. So I asked this agent to transfer the call to his manager . Kaushik spoke to me and he promised that due to some factors the order as been delayed and he promised me that the product will be delivered before 16-Apr for sure . I trusted him because of his designation . ( And I also told that I would like to cancel this replacement. Refund my money back) the cc agent Koushik said please wait till 16th the order will be delivered 100%.. but till date I didn’t get my order delivered . Because I trusted Amazon cc I kept the product in my office .and I also informed our security that if the delivery guy come when I’m not there please return the old product and receive the new one .but the delivery guy did not come only . And yesterday there was a fire accident happened in our office due to that the whole floor turned into Ash . Including the product which was supposed to be replaced. The product was kept it in the office .only because amazon cc said so . Now I don’t have product to return and I lost my 1799Rs.
