I am Sukumar, a consumer for Act Fibernet for years.
I have been getting frequent disruptions in the service and the time they take to resolve is way more thsn one would expect. They advertise their services as uninterrupted and yet they don’t care to address any queries I might have. All my emails go unread.
I lost thousands of rupees due to not being able to work from home because of the broken internet service. I have been put through loss in form of time & money and have been subjected to mental torture (involves loss of reputation at workplace for not delivering my tasks on time due ti broken internet, time lost to have end less conversations with customer care executives which is of no use, they only recite the same old script they wete asked to tell the customers).
I am really not sure how this goes but I am the one bearing losses every single time something like this happens.
Please help me teach Act Fibernet a lesson
