Hi,
I Mahesh Kumar Singh having a Airtel DTH connection DTH ID number 3032059276. And the same connection has been recharged by me on 31st May’2020 with Rs. 244.00. But on 14th June’2020 evening my connection got suspended due to zero account balance. When i called the customer care to Airtel – First they tell me that your amount has been transfer to some one in name of Akram, and they will revert back within 2 hours. but at 11 pm when i called again they told me that your amount has been refund to you on 1st June’2020 due to some technical error and they closed my complaint. on same i had filled a written complaint also for it but till now I have not received any response from airtel side and my money also not refunded to me. Every time when i call customer care they take my complaint for it and within 10-15 minutes they message me that your complaint has been resolved. on 18th June’2020 i had made complaint to his nodal office for it in written as well verbal also, and after various remind on email and on phone they never reply any response on it. and till today i have not received my money back and as well any written response from airtel dth company. its seem they looting people by using this type of trick and not giving any response. kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue on urgent basis as since 14th June’2020 my TV connection is suspended.
