Dear Airtel,

This is bring to your noticed that on 23 Nov Rs 179 recharge was done. However information mentioned on this tariff was not properly cleared. Instead of mentioning 1GB net per day it was for whole month. Well, anyway, since last two for airtel number 9897840237 net pack was not working. So in order to work new pack of Rs 199 was done to the same number. Yet the issue was not solved. Customer care are telling that company rules are that after first pack expires than the current plan will work. Isn’t this foolish. When I am not able to benefit any service why should I go with old recharge when new one is giving me best offer. They say I have to wait till 20th of Dec. Which means I will get the benefit of current recharge of Ra 199 for 10 days only. What a foolish thought. Either deactivate my 179 plan or return my 199 Rs for the current plan.
