Greetings of the day!
I am very sorry to mail you about my Vodafone postpaid concern as there is no one in Vodafone customer care or appealate officer of Vodafone Rajasthan who is listening to my grievances irrespective numerous times i mailed them from last 1.5 months. Sir, i am very much disheartened by Vodafone’s lack of proper customer service as there is not even a single attempt to understand my issue either by mail or call.
I request your kind intervention.
This complaint is regarding lack of services and communication in Vodafone, Rajasthan circle. Sorry to write my complaint on this forum as irrespective of my repeated complaints for past 1.5 months, nobody is responding anything and i am suffering by paying double the amount of package that i have selected. I have been mailing complaint to Vodafone Rajasthan for past 1.5 months repeatedly regarding my postpaid connection issues, i even tried to connect with appealate officer of Vodafone Rajasthan (India) but there is no response at all. I understand the unprecedented situation of Covid 19 but due to lack of proper support by Vodafone people, i am suffering by paying double the amount of postpaid plan i have chosen for 2 months before. I have really not expected this with such a reputed telecommunication company like Vodafone. Below mentioned is my issue for which i also wrote to Vodafone Rajasthan (India) customer care and appealate officer too but received no response. Please help me!
Issue :
This complaint is regarding my postpaid connection with family plan (INR 999 + GST) that i chose on 17th March, 2020 in which i was provided 5 postpaid connections with following details:
Primary No. -+91 7837930963 (Requested MNP from Vodafone prepaid, Gujarat still pending for past 2 months)
Second no. – +91 9540049907 (MNP from Idea, Gujarat)
Third no.- +91 7486900153 (MNP from Airtel, Gujarat)
Fourth no. – +91 9828013412 (new SIM)
Fifth no. -+91 9828013402 (new SIm)
I was promised by local vodafone store executive in Jaipur, Rajasthan that my all 5 nos. under vodafone family plan will be activated in maximum 5 days. He even took extra money from me which je didn’t reported to my postpaid security amount. But after 2 weeks they told me that my primary no. (7837930963) which is Vodafone prepaid, Gujarat cannot be changed to postpaid due to different circle and that executive asked me to come to vodafone store for my verification as if i am a thug or something. This request of coming for physical verification came when there was already Covid-19 outbreak in Jaipur and was impossible to go out of home as per govt circular so i request him to do this verification telephonically but he didn’t supported and clearly made me fool as during the time of Sim card KYC form filling i clearly requested him that if only he could activate my primary no. telephonically then only i will go for vodafone postpaid but he lied to me at that time that he will do it easily and later on denied it. Due to his negligience i had already filled double the amount of my plan.
I don’t know why i chose vodafone as even during this time of lockdown if you are asking your customer to come to vodafone store for physical verification then its really sad.
Request:
I have one important request to make if you could please transfer this primary number of mine (+917837930963) of network circle from Gujarat, India to Rajasthan, India as this is the prime reason due to which i am not able to have Vodafone postpaid connection family plan. During this difficult unprecedented situation of Covid 19, it is not possible for me to go to Vodafone store in Jaipur and due to this reason i am suffering by bill payment for 4 different postpaid connections costing about 2000 but in actual i have opted for Family plan (5 connections for Rs. 999+GST).
Please understand my situation as monthly bill genration date is 5th and if you don’t help me now then i would have to pay twice the plan cost which i have selected at first place.
