TOTAL TOTAL FRAUD ! They took the subscription charges. When not able to provide the services, I asked for refund then they say it will be provided in the form of credits only. Completely looting the customer and they have also hide the comment section of thier insta and FB pages. Please, who are duped like me by them, report thier account/ pages etc. on all social media platforms.
I have been duped of Rs. 5937 approx. by Broomees India and they are now not providing the services nor the refund. High level of fraudsters sitting there.
I agree , they run a big scam. Dont have staff to serve and delay matters till one has to look lesewhere and dont refund money. Easy scam, backed by social media like shark tank. The reality is so different. Lets spread the work and start#BroomeesFraud
I have also taken the 3 months subscription for Rs.4246/- in Sep 2023 and the helper provided by this Broomees are pathetic, they are not doing the job as mentioned on their portal that they will provide the house help who will be the best in cleaning and dishwashing- spotless cleaning. But all is lie and all the helpers provided by them left the job without any prior notice within 1 to 3 to 10 days. They are not giving the proper information to the helpers that what all are the services the customers has opted, and then the helper came to the service and denied to do the services which we required and paid in the subscription. When I asked for refund, they denied and said they will send the replacement only, but again the replacement is same as before. As per the rule any employee left the company with a month without any prior information they don’t deserve to get their salary. Now the Broomees are asking me to pay the salary to the helpers. Why would I pay them? When none of them have given me the services I have required and one of them misbehaved with me and my old mother. I will file a complaint against this fraudulent company and their helpers. They are a cheaters. I would recommend to all the people, that please don’t make yourself fool by trusting them and by taking their services. They are a looters. Need to take strict action against this company. They are misleading the customer and making money in the name of subscription
Same here .have been made to pay subscription for two services 6075.82 for part time cook and 4482.82 for cleaning maid ..by stating facts which are in total contravention to their terms and conditions of services.their executives namely ms Bhavna is totally rude never reachable .have asked for a refund as no service provided but they have stopped taking calls

Did anyone had any success complaining against them? They took a subsription fee of approx RS 12000 ffor an year and provided cook for just 135 days. Now they says my subscription has expired and not extending or refunding money.
Is there a way to raise this collectively at a higher forum?
The run scams and publicise their SharkTank appearance and loot people.
