I had ordered 3 items from LookHeree.com on 21st May 2021. I received a confirmation email and have received no communication after this. I tried contacting them through email and have received no response. Now, when I visit the website, it is unavailable. I have filed a complaint with Shopify, their website host. They have said that they will not be able to initiate a refund.
