I lost my SIM on 19th June and complaint for blocking same day through Vodafone Customer Care and visited Vodafone Store Kerala on 20th to apply for Replacement SIM got on the same day , the fellow Store person told it will get activated within 24 hours.
Today is 26th Still my issue not resolved by Vodafone.
I revisited Vodafone store twice left with no response and whenever I call Vodafone appellate office i am being told that the connection will be activated within 24 hrs. But it is not happening.
For the past one week i am struggling to manage all my banking transcactions and routine buisness activities.
Please register this complaint for necessary action.
