This is regarding Vodafone number 9819411770. I am writing regarding an complaints for over 6 months through Vodafone customer care (phone), vodafoneucc.mum@vodafone.com, nodal.mum@vodafone.com and corporatecare.india@vodafone.com (refer attachment)
I am requesting action on following
- After being registered under DND service, I continue to receive promotional SMSs and calls. There has not been any explanation given for these.
- Complaints being raised with regards to this issue are closed by Vodafone without resolving or providing any kind of justification. Attaching screenshots of complaints
- Emails from Vodafone insist that my number is unreachable. I have missed call alerts activated which gives details of any such missed calls for other numbers / persons calling however, there are no logs in my call logs or missed call alerts for Vodafone. This is a frequently used excuse from Vodafone
- As per my last call with a Mr. Vikas (identified as Floor Supervisor) @ VodafoneCare on 07 July 18:36 call, there are no escalation procedures. He specifically informed that there is no number to raise complaints and 9820015032 is again just a customer service number. I find this contradicting to the information mentioned within Vodafone website.
- As mentioned earlier, I have made complaints regarding SMSes, and now I am receiving calls from Vodafone informing that as per records no such SMSes can be seen for my number. I have these SMSes stored on my number. Refer to call details in mail which talks about a particular message received on 28 June 2018 from VK-EASEMY. I would reiterate that this message is very much available on my phone
- I have been following up with Vodafone Corporate now, and now they have stopped responding to the complaint putting out a standard response, not answering to any of the above complaints mentioned.
These messages and calls and frequent follow-ups with Vodafone who refuse to entertain complaints or give any kind of justification. This kind of high-handedness by Vodafone is quite frustrating. I hope some action is taken against this complaint.
