Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Postpaid customer of Airtel from last 4-5 years. I’m facing slow internet issue from long time, complained number of times, references are as below;

Today I again spoke to Airtel Customer Care person as well as senior floor supervisor for the long pending issue. The supervisor clearly told me that they can provide max this speed only as per solution/feedback given by their field/back-end team. He also checked my last 10 days use, which is 3GB. They are accepting that speed is slow, not even 3G, even I could not open Airtel App at the time of talking to him as he tried to lodge my complaint through their APP.
Sir, my concern is, if I’m paying min Rs. 705/- monthly bill for 4G speed & company is unable to provide me 4G speed, this is not fare. Airtel claiming 5G speed & providing 2G speed, this is cheating with customers. Kindly advise Airtel to solve my problem as well as refund my previously paid amount for 4G speed. I never used my provided min Data, which can be checked/verified from their records.
