I ordered the thali from a restaurant, and the delivery boy came into my area as shown on the app. However, when I called him, he informed me that he had come to deliver someone else’s order and promised to deliver mine later. I patiently waited for one and a half hours, but he never showed up, citing his broken bike as an excuse.
Feeling frustrated and hungry after waiting for around 2 hours, I called the support executive and requested compensation for the two hours of waiting and starving. Unfortunately, the support executive didn’t offer any compensation and only initiated a refund after canceling the order.
I’m not satisfied with the resolution provided. This incident has left me mentally exhausted and angry with the service, and I already have the gold membership on the app. I need compensation.
