I had a Vodafone Number — 7507331729 which had some out of proportion outstanding which i was not in the favour of paying since the charges applied were not which were discussed & confirmed to Me. One of their Collection Agency in Pune – National Collection Agency called & persuaded to Settle my account by giving some fair deduction in the Amount Charged. Accordingly the gave me the Settlement Letter & i made an online payment as per the terms mentioned in that letter. I even dropped the mail to that Agency stating please find the payment receipt attached & revert back to me now with the confirmation that it has been received & the issue stands resolved now. However they did not responded to it. Now suddenly after so many months after making the payment i have received the Lok Adalat Notice for the same number which was shoking since the agreed payment was made & Settlement Letter is also given to Me from their Mail ID on Vodafone Letter Head. This shows the class of a Company who claims that they value their customers.
I am demanding the Mail ID’s of their National Head — Collections, Legal & Customer Service but they are not responding.
I want to escalate this issue to the highest level & show to them the level of service which is been given to the end customer.
They just do not have any right to claim for customer delight & have a slogan ” Happy To Help “. It is applicable only till the time you keep on making the payments to them blindly when you confront with them for your rights they just do not revert to you by any means.
