Dear sir,
I am airtel postpaid customer my no. is 8882780625
Previous 20 Jan 2020 I have lost my mobile in kolkata.and I tried to find but failed. So I had call the airtel costomer care on 24/01/2020 for temporary blocking by my alternate no.8800934442.
after some time I had call customer care for convert my both no. postpaid to prepaid.
Your executive had suggested me that first I should saparate my no.from family plan. So I put the request for saparation. After many time discussion they saparated my no.
I asked them how to take duplicate sim.
They suggested airtel outlet.
I visited airtel outlet in kolkata.They shown some error during process the duplicate sim.
message was:- Open order exist please re-check (SB02).
Again I had call costomer care after long discussion they apologize and taken request for cancellation and another day I again had call customer care for current status.They confirmed my all orders has closed I can issue my sim from airtel outlet.
Again I visited but problem was same and I have visited 4times the problem is same.
Yesterday I got frustated and have call the customer care again and said about my queries. but this time I got shock! she was saying that my no. is no closed yet first I have to close the no. then order will be closed.
Now please tell me why my sim was not blocked on time please provide me explanation from your side.and also provide ans if some miss happening has happened during this period then who has taken response.
please consider my problem on priority and take action against your executive and please confirm me when will I get my duplicate sim against the no.8882780625
