Dear Sir / Madam ,
I am Totan Ghosh, s/o Jyotish Ghosh, residing Alipurduar ,W. B, PIN 736123, MOB. 8900406124, tata sky id no. 1274760824, I am an existing customer of Tata Sky but matter is great regret that tata sky have made a fraud with me /us, i .e. I am having one main and one secondary connection and At the time of installation of Tata Sky secondary connection they committed me that charges of the secondary connection will be less than main connection . The charges of the main connection was Rs: 320.00 / month and secondary was Rs: 250.00/month, after using one month I was deactivated the secondary connection for insufficient funds and now yesterday I was activate again the secondary connection and tata sky has changed an amount of Rs: 700.00 extra/month as a multitv connection and Rs: 153.00 /month as a monthly rental . Tata Sky advertising that only pay the charges whatever channel you will be selected , but after investigation a large amount we people found there cheat. They used to make fraud with customer and make us fool. I was a talk with customer care of Tata Sky to resolve the issue immediately but they are talking always about there profit and misguided me .
Therefore Sir/Madam, you are requested to take a urgent and necessary action against Tata Sky .
