Main Solesh, ek self-employed educator aur entrepreneur hoon jo Roorkee mein cyber café chalata hoon. Maine Kissht app ke through ek loan liya tha jiska regular repayment karna mere liye financial crisis ke karan ab possible nahi hai.
Maine Kissht customer care se loan settlement ke liye contact kiya tha — lekin mujhe call par settlement dene se mana kar diya gaya. Maine unhe apni financial situation samjhai, lekin koi sahayata nahi mili.
Main ab bhi willing hoon ki ek fair one-time settlement karke loan close karun, taaki mera credit score bhi safe rahe aur company ka recovery bhi ho jaye. Lekin mujhe koi written offer ya NOC provide nahi kiya gaya.
