Firstly your company credited 635 amount to the my account without my acknowledged.
I just fill the form because i just want to know how many limit will get to me.
But instead of showing limit directly 635 amount credited to my account.
No worries i will think about it.
Your agent using a bad bad bad very bad words to me on phone call .very chip, negative,missbehaving words he used to me.
How can i handle these thing please let me know.
I am very disappointed and very depressed after the phone call very chip level language he used.
I am totally disagree to these behaviour and very bad attitude towards the customer service team and the staff is very chip level.
Kindly help me out.

Sir just fill the application to know how much loan I can get this from this loanmate app. But they derectly transfer 1950rs to my account now saying to pay 3000rs . I have called so many times to the company number but they didn’t receive the call
