I have loan product of Flexiloan in loan sathi amount 30202. Today I made payment of due and close the loan. Some Flexiloan agent call me and asking feedback regarding loan and ask me one otp. After some time I show that loan was apply but it not done by me. Amount also not credited to my account.
In my profile I have seen that one new bank account added there and it’s not my ac and not done by me. Amount have credit on the 3rd party ac number I have received sms. I understand that this agent install this app in his phone and add his account and take the loan amount. Now in 7 day how can I pay 30202 .
Last time I take this loan at a emergency. No customer support is there.
In this condition what can I do. Please help me otherwise I will commit s@uicide.
