I had taken a loan from Rupee Way Loan app where I received close to 50%-55% of the amount in my account. They deducted rest of the amount as their service fee and now asking me to pay back the complete amount. When I missed to pay their amount, they charged me an huge overdue amount. I told them this is unethical so they started abusing me. They have accessed my personal data and misusing it in terms of harassing me and my complete contact list by using abusive language and sharing my edited pictures to them. They are calling with different names and with different amount Even when I read their privacy policy they have mentioned that they will not disclose any of my personal details it can only be used for developing business. Me along with my family are in depression now, so I am raising a complaint on this portal with a hope of help in stopping this kind of fraud application and scam. I am feeling ashamed to upload the messages sent by them but I do have all the proofs in my phone.
