This is Gummidi DVM Suresh, took the loan from Aditya Birla Finance Limited. Its been almost 2 years since the loan was taken. Till Dec 2023 i have paid the EMI’s regularly, recently due to some personal and medical issues in the family, i could not pay the EMIs. Since then, these recovery agents started coming and harassing me with numerous calls everyday without any break. I answered few of the calls and told them clearly the problem. Also i have requested the ABFL directly for the loan restructuring so that i get some time to repay. That is also rejected without any proper reasons mentioned. The recovery agents without any ID cards, they started coming to my work place and disturbing. Also they have made a scene, fought with the security, coordinators here when i am not actually present at the work place. Not only that they have waited at the entrance causing inconvenience for the longer hours. I work as a teacher and its very important to maintain the reputation and peace at the work place. These recovery agents are looking like goons and causing so much of disturbance which lead to the warning from our management. i fear of losing my job now. Please help me with this situation and do justice as soon as possible.
