I have enquired loan eligibility through rupee loan app on 11th may 2023. Given pan aadhar card for eligibility check.. after giving the information loan processed immediately and disbursed 4500 to my account without confirming the tenure and terms and conditions.

While checking the app after that it’s showing loan amount is 7500 and tenure is 7 days only..

I have raised email to Customer care regarding to cancel the loan.

Then I have received call (8920334216)for refund process and asked me to pay the credited 4500 amount to the account number through phone pay.

After paying the amount I have checked the loan app and I noticed still is in active and payment for 7500 rupees is in active.

I have called the number again and raised the issue and they are asking more 3000 rupees for closing the loan..

Later I have called cyber crime and explained the issue and they have suggested to block the number and un install the whatsapp for few days..

Please look into this and help me to overcome from the issue.
