Accutaly I am taking a loan on gurukk loan app before two months and I payed before due and then they extend loan to 16000 for 91 days so I have some personal finance issue so I called their customer service and they told me ok wait we will update your profile to 91 days just wait for 60 min and don’t open the app and after 60 min amont credited to my account directly without my knowledge I didn’t apply and I did not open the app but they transferred the amount 4480 and repayment 8000 I just call back to the customer service they said if you don’t want just refund the amount I said ok and they told me a HDFC bank account number and ifsc code I paid the amount 4480 and send a screenshot to them they said after 10 min your loan will be closed but it’s been one day still it’s not closed and I called them they didn’t attend my call
