had enrolled my kids for courses in 2021. Sales person ( Name Anam & Shoeb Siddiqui ). With a Loan for the course amounting Rs. 150000 for 2 kids. Which I believe it Rs.75000 each kid.
As in discussion with above individuals enrolled for my kids, they mentioned any computer or laptop will be OK to do the course.
On the 1st day of class the engineer told me the the laptop I was is not compatible to their course due to which my kids couldn’t attend the class so the course was of no use, just for the course I don’t how fruitful it will be I didn’t find it logical to go for new laptop for the kids.
So I immediately called above individuals and told to cancel my enrollment to which he obliged and I assumed the course was cancelled because the EMI was not getting from my bank account.
I recently applied for a Housing Loan and I learned that my loan is still in ACTIVE Status to my surprise. Due to that I have been denied for a Home Loan.
Requesting to kindly close and settle the loan and help me to regain my credit back on track. Check attachment for loan status.
