my amount was due in Loan Jasmine application on 20th May 2022 I pid the amount in morning around 10-10:30am after paying the due when I open the application it was showing your loan is being paid of Rs. 10,000/- and when I check the account details it was of somebody else and I change the account details on the spot but now they are saying me to pay Rs. 10,000/- on 24 may 2022, as ai have proof my account has not been credited with there money so why I should pay the amount and they are saying if I didnt pay the amount they will send bad images and bad words to my contact. Please resolve it asap.
