I had applied for a loan on 18 sep 2022 on monzo app. They have my aadhar card. They are asking to deposit 5% of the loan amount which i dont have. When i contacted customer care..they are asking either to submit 5% to avail loan amount or 10% for cancellation of applicaion. I am not surebif they will tramsfer loan amount once i pay 5%. They are threatening me that they will take legal action if i do not pay 10%. On searching reviews at google, i found many peolpe have similar complaints about this app. Pleae look into the matter at the earliest before this app makes fools of other people. This needs to be taken up seriously by indian consumer department or else many people will be badly affected loosimg their money to such fraudalent people. Kindly help me to get out of this fraudulent app asap.
