On 22th November 2022, I went to Darjeeling along with my wife for tour. There we met Mr Ajay , manager of Karma India Holidays, part of Shooting Star Services Pvt Ltd , in the famous Hotel Windamere Darjeeling. They had show me a plan product and we have purchased it for Rs 1,35,000/- with 2 years EMI loan and my Customer ID is 100202. After one month on 14/12/22, Mr Ajay told me that some gateway problem and you have again payment and earlier payment may be refunded. i have again payment Rs 1,35,000/- and a mail was received on 15 Dec 2022 from Mr Abhijit Sinha (Finance head) Karma India Holidays , that a RRN No61886221376 with remarks that Rs 1,35,000/- will refund with in a week . I tried to check in Bank and various email has been done, but no result for refund the amount. They are not picking up any phone or messages. They have gone. They are not giving any services. The toll free no 1800-833-5008 is also not working. Now I am feeling for duping Rs 2,70,000/- by Mr Ajay for Karma India Holidays. They are fooling everyone and doing a big scam. Please do some strict action in this matter.
