Hi applied for small loans thinking if i get some but one day i got 7000 in my account i tried tracking the company’s name and the apps i applied nothing came asked my bank manager HR also couldn’t find it after 7 days i started getting calls from random person and messages that you have to pay the money which is 80 percent interest of what I got .i got scared thinking my cibil will get affected i told him i can pay half and half they had told me u can pay 5125 and do the extension i did after 7 days 2 since 7 am in the morning i started getting calls from m thimpu , Nepal i don’t know from where asking me for 12000 rupees and threating that if you won’t pay we will call everyonr and file a police complain under IPC section 42 what not . Bad voice notes threating messages arrted coming also abuses in Hindi to my husband when he asked for th company’s name . I paid again 5100 something he again sent the voice note saying you have to pay 12000 in 10 days otherwise see what will happen .please i am mentally harassed if i knew i have taken the money would have given but there was no email no otp no message nothing please kindly register my complain to fix this issue .
