I have tried for a loan and I got this kreditsathi website. At first I paid 3200 as processing fees and for insurance amount, I paid 5200. After this they asked me to pay 24000 for getting subsidy from RBI but I couldn’t arrange this money, so they said that they help me. So I arranged 3000 and sent them. After that, they said that RBI is not accepting our payment that we try to help you. So, they said that I need to pay now. Afterthat, I asked for cancellation and refund. They said okay and said that they started processing. But after that they are not reachable or switched off. I need help from your side. Please help me to get refund from this.
