I have taken 5lakh of loan from Paysense. And after paying 7-8 emis I closed my entire loan and paid them 487000 rs. After one year when I checked my cibil it was showing that my loan is still active. And 90000 amount is pending during this one year of time they never called me or email me about the due amount.
And now they are saying 90000 amount is still pending.

They intentionally don’t inform any customer so they can charge extra amount.

Nd they are also not giving any number to contact them.
