Hello sir I have a personal loan Emi with IDFC Bank for more then a year now and all my due are cleared in time until November 2022 when my EMI got bounced and IDFC has transferred my case to collection tean and they have been visiting my place and harassing for payment even after continues emails written to them they call me more then 50 times a day and incase I miss even 2 calls if them representative visit my house to hassare me for the payment. And the cash collector visits with some third party id of IDFC he don’t even have any authority letter to do so. How do I stop this
