Sir,
I have taken Two wheeler loan from “Shriram city union finance LTD”.Loan agreement No-PILERTW1308280006.I have paid all my loan EMIs one year back itself,but due to their staff’s negligence they credited my loan EMI into another customer’s account No-1308280008.Despite i paid all my EMIs still waiting for NOC(clearance).
Worst part is i complained to branch manager several times and it is sad that no action has been intiated yet.Even i paid Rs.6000 extra due to their sheer negligence.Iam following this from one year.Manager is not really serious about this and shout at me to complain where ever i want and he asked to pay the loan EMI again which i paid already, to get the NOC(clearance).
Kindly intervene in this issue and help me to get my finance clearance.
