I have registered for Self study course of DATA ANALYSIS from IIT kanpur collaboration edvancer (edvancer.in) address -802, G-Square, Jawahar Road, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai – 400077.
Total fee of the course is 55,990+18%GST.
I have chosen for Education loan options for the course where I have paid registration fee to IIT Kanpur portal web site of 10,000₹+18%GST.
The remaining amount was come as Loan amount (54,162₹).
In Loan amount I have paid 10% loan amount is 5,416.2₹ as down payment to Zest money Using the ZestMoney app which link was shearing by Edvancer team via email.
I have made payment on same link on 10-10-2022. via mobile application.
after all completed process i got call form Edvancer that they said they sent wrong link for payment and they are cancelling the Loan form ZestMoney.
As per that they are cancelling the Loan amount which is (48,748₹) excluding Down payment.
The remaining amount which I have paid as Down payment (5,416₹) is still not received to me till date (01-11-2022)
Edvancer team cancelled my loan on 12-10-2022, From that date ZestMoney team told that they will refund the down payment amount in 7 to 10 working day.
as per their time guidline I have followed all instructions.
but, Till today they are not yet transferred the amount neither they are given any solution.
It have been more than 10 day long process still Not getting my Own Amount.
I have also consulted this issue with the
Edvancer team and they also taking followup every day from ZestMoney but them also getting same Reply.
i am requesting to place considering my issue and do the needful as soon as possible
