I have applied personal loan rupees 1,70,000 on 23/11/2022 which has been sanctioned and all details have been shown of loan. But the amount not yet reflected in my bank account after lapse 13 days. I have enquired many time through customer care executive 01204456456 but every time they asked me for wait and wait. The team also denied to connect my call with senior department. They told that my quary has been resolved by personal loan team, but no any contact no of their loan department they have.
