I have applied to loan through NIRA App ,But their Disbursal takes time so i asked them to cancel my loan application via email,whatsapp and app. but they refused to cancel it which is against RBI guidelines,NOW they disbursed the amount asking me to pay the money of 41,000 .i ready to pay the amount they have disbursed but i cant pay extra and i need to delete my Account.
