Hello,
My loan ID is DMI0021084642

I have paid my prepayment amount on 01.07.2022 of Rs-30727 according to portal via Google pay (30727+11.80 gpay charge, total payment- 30738.80), Prepayment received and same was adjusted in emi.

Now can you please confirm why my loan not closed till date and as per statment 19 emi showing as paid??

Can you please clarify why my prepayment amount adjusted in emi.

Also after many follow ups there is no proper solution given by DMI team.
